The Work

04 Questions
01

What does Jerichotec actually build for my business?

Two connected things. Lead generation: call centers staffed by AI or people, cold calling, AI-based calling, follow-up, and lead management. Technical services: custom software, smart automation, AI solutions, CRM and workflow cleanup, and senior technical consulting. Most engagements start in one lane and grow into the other once the first constraint clears.

02

Is this a lead generation agency or a software company?

Both, on purpose. Leads you cannot answer, track, or follow up on do not turn into revenue, and clean software with nothing feeding it does not either. We work on whichever side is costing you the most right now, then connect the two.

03

Is this only for HVAC and plumbing companies?

No. Field service companies are a natural starting point because a missed call has an obvious dollar value, but the same model fits contractors, real estate teams, agencies, and any business that depends on fast response, qualification, scheduling, and follow-up. We also build for technical teams that need software and automation rather than calling.

04

What are RealG and Jobbwire?

Our own SaaS products, built out of this same work. RealG handles real estate lead generation, property analysis, and deal workflow visibility. Jobbwire responds to new contractor leads instantly and keeps follow-up running so no opportunity sits waiting. They are available on their own, and they show how we build when we own the whole problem.

Getting Started

03 Questions
05

How quickly can we go live?

First call handling and follow-up workflows can be live quickly once we have your services, service area, routing rules, and booking preferences. Cold calling campaigns, CRM work, multi-location setups, and custom software are scoped separately, because the honest answer there depends on what we find.

06

How are packages scoped?

We start with a short Growth Review and scope from what we actually see, not from a menu. Most work lands as a setup phase plus ongoing monthly support, and the shape depends on call volume, outreach needs, software complexity, and how much human support is involved. You get a specific recommendation and a number before anything starts.

07

What if I am not ready to commit yet?

That is what the Growth Review is for. We walk your current lead path, show where opportunities are slipping, and name the smallest useful next step. If Jerichotec is not the right fit, you still leave with a clearer picture of your own operation.

How It Runs

04 Questions
08

Do I need to change my phone number or CRM?

Usually not. Most setups work through call forwarding, routing rules, forms, calendar links, and lightweight integrations with what you already use. When a deeper integration is genuinely worth it, we scope it openly instead of forcing a rebuild you did not ask for.

09

Will the calling actually understand my services and customers?

It is configured around your services, service area, quote guidance, urgency rules, escalation paths, and preferred tone. The goal is not a generic bot reading a script. It is consistent handling that reflects how your business already sells and serves people.

10

What happens if a caller needs a human right away?

You set the escalation rules. Urgent calls can trigger an immediate alert or a warm transfer, while routine questions get qualified, captured, booked, or routed into follow-up without pulling your team off a job.

11

How does this compare to hiring a receptionist or a call center?

An employee is limited by schedule, training, and turnover. A general call center rarely has your business context. This gives you coverage that does not clock out, handling built around your specific services, and the follow-up automation that catches the leads a first call does not close.
