The Origin
I'm Hass Ellis. I'm not a YouTuber, a talking head, a blogger, or a self-appointed "guru." I have spent more than 25 years building software systems where accuracy, security, and uptime matter, with 7 years of direct call center experience shaping how Jerichotec handles live conversations, follow-up, and operational accountability.
During my 15-year consulting tenure supporting the Department of Labor, I served in many roles: Lead Architect, Senior Engineer, database developer, and development manager. One of the largest systems I helped build and modernize was the Foreign Labor Visa Application portal, the department's first electronic one-stop shop for foreign labor visa requests coming into the United States. That platform handled intake, CRM-style lead processing, and routing between USCIS, Homeland Security, and the Inspector General. I also served as a main point of contact and liaison between those agencies.
In one of my first companies, The Ellis Winstead Firm, I built a first-of-its-kind platform called Road Warrior, which processed electronic voter registration applications, allowed people to sign remotely at voter drives and validate digital signatures, and delivered sealed PDF records simultaneously to the registrant and the Board of Elections. At the time, that created a level of oversight most paper-based registration drives did not have.
Over the years I have also built real estate auction software, an integrated Sheriff Sale and asset management system, BioTerrorism Point of Distribution software, and other tools where the workflow had to be clear and dependable. Those county systems were estimated to save millions year over year and were replicated throughout the state of New Jersey.
RealG is my crown-jewel product in that same line of work. I built RealG.us as a real estate investment platform that combines lead generation, instant property analysis, CRM-style tracking, and deal strategy into one working system for investors.
The Problem I Saw
Jerichotec did not start as a theory. I was building these kinds of systems for clients and for myself, testing what worked in the field, improving the process, and seeing how much difference the right lead generation and follow-up system could make.
That work pulled me deeper into real estate, lead generation, the trades, and small business operations in general. After years of trial by fire, I tested what worked for me, my clients, and my partners: better data, better outreach, cleaner follow-up, and systems that made the next step obvious. I saw that the same process could help small businesses strengthen their lead pipeline without adding more operational confusion.
A lot of owners do not need another app they have to figure out on their own. They need a practical system that helps them find opportunities, follow up, and keep the work moving.

I created Jerichotec to serve small and medium-size companies, as well as larger agencies, with the same enterprise services I have spent my career building: practical outreach, clear call handling, consistent follow-up, CRM and lead management, automation, and custom software that supports the way the organization actually works.
We start with the real bottleneck. Sometimes that means lead generation or cold calling. Sometimes it means AI-based calling, appointment follow-up, CRM cleanup, automation, or custom software. The point is to fix the part that is slowing the business down first.
The goal is simple: make it easier to get opportunities, manage conversations, and follow through without adding more confusion.
